How do I buy something?
It's really simple. Just find the product you're looking for, add it to your shopping cart, then click on Check Out when you're ready to purchase what you've added, and follow the instructions.
TOP
Why do I need to log on?
Once you've opened an account with Thrupps, the next time you visit us you'll need to log on to be able to Add products to the Shopcart, or to your Favourites list, or to access your Favourites lists. This helps us to confirm who you are, and speeds up your Check Out process (For instance, we'll already know your delivery address details.).

How do I know whether I'm registered or not?
You're registered with Thrupps if you've gone through our once-off Account Application process. Here, we ask you for a number of things - including your name and contact details - so you can start shopping with us - much like opening an account at a store. (You won't be able to go through Check Out unless you're registered.) You'll then be able to use your password to log on the next time you visit the site, which will help us confirm who you are. So if you don't have a password yet, you're probably not registered. If not, and you'd like to open an account with us now, click here.

What are variable mass (pay per weight) items? And why, when I choose one, do I see the maximum amount I can pay for it?
When you're in a shop, and you're faced with a choice of several different weight options for a product (e.g. 450 grams vs 375 grams of mince), you're able to choose which one you'd like at your leisure. When you shop online, however, you're essentially allowing us to make that choice for you. Because of this, we need to give you an estimate of the costs of random mass items. We'd rather our estimate reflect the highest price you can pay for a particular variable mass item (and you'll almost certainly pay lower), so that what you're charged never exceeds the order total you're given at Check Out.
