For Busy People

Now many of you would ask what does it entail to be healthy and what does it mean to eat in moderation?

Within your busy schedule of meetings, taking the kids to school and in between all their activities, don’t reach for the best convenient fast foods; rather learn new quick recipes that you could prepare the previous night. To prevent you from staying hungry or wanting to fulfil those cravings, rather have some nuts, dried fruit or even some yogurt that is all natural sugars and nutritional.
It has been proved that just exercising for 20 minutes a day is more than enough to stay healthy in a mental and physical well-being. 10 min walk/run on the treadmill as a warm-up, 4min kettle bell exercise, 4 min lunges or squats and lastly, 2 min abs workout. Exercising would reduce the risk of high blood pressure, high cholesterol and cardiovascular diseases by an average of 7.83% according to Jenny Sugar from Popsugar Fitness.
Eating in moderation is to eat all the foods provided in the pyramid, eating without restriction or dieting. This would help you maintain a healthy body weight without having to follow a diet to lose or control your weight.
Our focus in life should be to enjoy a healthy lifestyle that is balanced and eating anything you like in moderation to your food portions, you might even lose weight without noticing it.
